The Hamilton Central School site mentions a BOE Mtg & Merger Study

The September BOE meeting will be held in the Auditorium begin at 5:30pm starting with Executive Session then going to the public session afterwards. There will also be a merger study meeting that evening at 7pm in the Auditorium.and the calendar puts that on September 9, HCS Calendar - September 2013 So we shall see.
